Environmental Acoustics

• Internal noise Criteria
• Environmental Noise Survey

Architectural Acoustics

• External Building Fabric (Sound reduction performance assessment.)
• Internal Building Fabric (Verifying proposed internal building elements will provide adequate acoustic separation between adjacent internal areas.)
• Room Acoustic Design (Confirming room proportions and surface treatments will provide adequate acoustic environment. Checking reverberation times and diffusion characteristics. Recommendations where appropriate.)

Building Services Acoustics

• Plant-room Structures (Assessment of the airborne transfer from plant spaces to internal areas. Recommended construction advice.)
• Fan Noise (Assessment of transmission noise and silencer location analysis. Advice on the effect of turbulence on the acoustic and aerodynamic performance. Acoustic lagging specifications.)
• Vibration Isolation (Analysis of structure-borne noise due to building service plant.)
• System generated Noise (Analysis of noise generated by air and fluid flow through the distribution systems.)
• Ductborne Crosstalk (Analysis of sound transfer between rooms via ductwork.)
